1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the W99 website accessible at w99.lc together with the official W99 mobile app for Android and iOS.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at W99.
• "W99", "We" or "Company" refers to the W99 platform operator and all related entities that manage this service.
• "Service" covers all games, betting, promotions, payment tools, and other features available on the W99 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in a member's account at any given time, excluding any bonus value that has not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, free spins, or other incentives granted by W99 to members in accordance with current promotional terms.

By registering or continuing to use the W99 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you are advised not to use our services.

2Eligibility & Registration

Use of the W99 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Not currently subject to any voluntary or mandatory gambling exclusion imposed by any statutory body.
• Registering using true, accurate, and current personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of their balances.

W99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents commonly requested include a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may be restricted from making withdrawals until the process is completed.

3Member Account

Upon successful registration, you become a valid W99 account holder and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The following rules apply to account management:

• You must ensure that your account information — including name, phone number, email address, and bank details — is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Your account password is your personal secret. W99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials, including activities performed by third parties if you share your login information.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the W99 support team immediately via in-app live chat.
• W99 provides a two-factor authentication (2FA) feature that is strongly recommended to be activated to ensure the full security of your account.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee deducted from the account balance. Members will be notified via their registered email before any deduction is made. Accounts whose balance reaches zero following the inactive period may be automatically closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

W99 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for members:

• Deposit: FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other e-wallet methods listed on the platform.
• Withdrawal: Direct transfer to a Malaysian bank account registered under the member's name.

All deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours a day once the request is submitted and account verification is complete. w99 does not charge any hidden fees on regular deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as displayed in the Finance section of the current W99 platform. These limits are subject to change based on operational requirements, and members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

5Bonus & Promotions

W99 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is awarded to each new member, tied to a single account, single IP address, and single device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• W99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time in the event of abuse or misuse.
• The use of wagering techniques designed to meet bonus requirements without genuine risk — such as hedge betting between accounts — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.

6Game Rules

All games available on the W99 platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fish shooting, and sports betting — are subject to their respective game rules as stated on the relevant game page. General rules applicable across all game types are as follows:

• Game results issued by the system are final unless a technical fault that affected the outcome is proven.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, W99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• All slot games and number-based games use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure truly random and fair outcomes.
• For live casino games, members must comply with the table rules set by the dealer. Disrespectful behaviour or disruption of a live session will not be tolerated.

W99 is not liable for losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes, as all games are conducted with transparent odds that cannot be manipulated by any party.

7Prohibited Activities

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the W99 platform:

• Fraud and forgery: Using a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously under any circumstances.
• Money laundering: Using the W99 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• System manipulation: Using automated software (bots), odds manipulation tools, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members or W99 staff to manipulate game outcomes for mutual gain.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing a chargeback through a bank or payment provider after using those funds for gameplay.

8Account Closure

Members may close their W99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the required verification.

W99 also reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any rules stated in these Terms and Conditions.
• Receiving requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Confirmation that a member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, W99 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a proven violation, the balance in question may be fully forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

W99 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability and are not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses arising from game outcomes that do not favour the member in a properly functioning game.
• Loss of account data resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

W99's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Privacy & Data

In short, your personal data is only used for legitimate purposes including identity verification, transaction processing, service delivery, and account-related communications. W99 does not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

The W99 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard adopted by banking institutions — to ensure all data transmitted between your device and our servers is fully protected from unauthorised access.

11Terms Amendment

W99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal changes, or service improvements. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-app or W99 website notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Email to the member's registered email address for changes that materially affect the member's rights or responsibilities.

Continued use of the W99 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes come into effect.

12Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the W99 platform shall first be resolved through W99's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days from the date it was reported, both parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
